5. Delivery
We deliver across the Republic of Bulgaria via Econt Express and Speedy courier services. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability. naskivo.eu is not liable for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the delivery address, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notification for collection at the nearest courier office.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for orders in Bulgaria:
- Cash on Delivery (Наложен платеж) — payment upon receipt of the package from the courier.
- Visa and Mastercard — secure online card payment via encrypted payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer — details provided upon order confirmation.
- ePay.bg — online payment through the Bulgarian ePay payment system.
We do not store full payment card details. Online payments are processed via GDPR-compliant, PCI-DSS-certified payment service providers.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Returns)
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason, provided the product has not been opened or used.
To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] or call +359 87 342 9156 within the 14-day period. The cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product in its original, unopened condition, using the same payment method where possible.
